Posted: June 10th, 2013, 10:59 pm25 HDDs in RAID 0? I think a single Hitachi HDD would have less chance of failure than that. I haven't had the best luck with Hitachi, but I don't think they have 25x more failure rates than Seagate.

Posted: June 10th, 2013, 11:15 pmI know making a RAID-0 of that many drives is ridiculous but frankly, I'm not sure the reliability of current drives is any less ridiculous.
