Enable quick removal. Right click advance properties advance 2nd tab I think. You only need safe removal if your using the disk cache or windows write cache. Flash drives don't have a disk cache so its pointless to use windows write cache with it. its made for a quick yank it out so set it on yank it out

Exactly what I do. But that's the default option anyway right?
