New Style, UrbanTerror Server, and more!

Today we have some interesting announcements to make:
1. We got a new custom forum style! It is made to closely match the style used on the main site...
2. With our new "Fast Article/Review Release Cycle" guideline in place, meaning we will be releasing at least 1 article/review per week. This is expected to increase to 2-3 per week but we're not quite there yet!
