Windows 8 probably is designed for tablet PC with touch screen. There's no start menu in Win8 (you can enable the start menu by editing the registry though). Instead, we have a "start screen". This is what it shows if you press the win key. I'm not used to the "start screen" yet. And as far as I know, I'm not the only one who does not know where the shutdown and reset buttons are hidden. :blush: Anyway, this is just a preview version. It even isn't a beta version. The final version could be a far cry from this one.

Seems Microsoft did that on purpose. o.O According to their offical blog, fewer and fewer people use the start menu(I don't think so though). So they think it's about time to abandon the start menu.

That's bullshit. The start menu is the one thing that makes Windows really unique from Mac OS...
Well, We'll see what happens when I install Windows 8. :lol:
