Not bad. I only have 11.04 ATM. I might try it on an old PC at some point.
No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the coils backwards! :D

I'm using 11.10 right now and it's great. My great Linux Round-Up article should be posted here on hardwareinsights.com tomorrow, I just have a few more distros to try out...so stay tuned for some great screenshots! lol!

Shovenose, if you ever get the chance. Give elementary OS a try. Its an ubuntu spin-off, but they develop some of their own applications/software.

Was slow at first, but still better than Windows! I tried to dual boot Windows by putting my the HDD of my fried old Windows PC, which was still intact, into my Linux system, and it couldn't do it!
