J&J Hosting Control Panel..Never heard of it..It didn't appear very visible on Google either.

it's not called that. J&J hosting is the name of the hosting company.
I made a thread somewhere at theadminzone.com and they told me what it was. hold on I'm gonna go dig that up.

I asked my hoster and he hasn't replied yet.

I purchased a VPS the other day, and I have never seen the site's support staff, I don't think there are any. Whenever I open a support ticket or go on live chat, there's only ever the owner/founder of the hosting company around.

I guess the good thing of running it alone is that you can customize everything to your liking without making other people angry, you can filter all IP's except your's to important areas, etc...Security is definately tighter in a one man company.

Well which company? Have you everchad any issues and actuslly needed the support?
