You may or may not know this. Hosting24 (Paid webhosting) is run by the same people who run 000webhost. I actually used Hosting24 for a while, their prices are reasonable, and I had plenty of features, a dedicated IP, everything I could of wanted. However the server speed wasn't great.

I recommend you stay away from these companies.

Agreed. It amazes me how they have so many servers though, being a free company, where do they get their money from.
