It's better, but when I go on that error page I feel like I'm being shouted at. "Error!"
I would tone down the colour and size personally.

Hmm...OK...I think it fits well with the MyBB error messages, (they have dark red outlines with a pale red inside...
I'm thinking of making matching 403 and 500 error messages.

I wouldn't go too over the top, 404 is the most common. 500 and 403 are quite rare to occur.

I actually get lets of 403 errors when I am messing with websites...

Umm...it's when i am working on creating a website of some sort and then i forgot an index file or i mis spell it...

I typically only make mistakes like that on the first drat of the site...lol...
Edot: by the way my school computer user name is mistaake...very close to mistake.
