And on uploads I generally get .48MB/s or lower.

My browsers are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
My uploading speed is 1.235Mbps and Downloading speed is 4.956Mbps.
I have checked my internet Upload,downloading speed at Scanmyspeed.com
