Unfortunately, no one offers unlimited downloads in Australia. Highest available is 200GB or something like that. It doesn't really worry me, since I would be fine with 10GB.
No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the coils backwards! :D

If I ever do start a web host I will need unlimited internet bandwidth, a really fast connection, and a static IP...

i heard an alarming thing: that more than 99% of webhosts are run out of somebody's garage...
this one is in a huge datacenter. however, i would rather have it be in a garage as long as things were working :)

My 2Mbps ADSL plan. Download speed is higher than the promised 2Mbp speed while upload speed roughly live up to the 512Kbps rating. The download is unlimited so you could download as much as you can. The record here is about 100GB a month.
