I think they can visit HWI forum even though they were banned. They just don't have the permission of posting. :lol2:

The other day, I saw an user with ------ on his user name viewing the forum and he's been banned days ago.

Spammers: feel free to drop me an email when you're done voting.

Um, actually, they try to log in (they just see the BANNED message) then it shows they are online for 15 minutes...even if they are not...
